ATHENS – Rachel Lockwood Osborne, 94, of Athens, died April 24, 2015 in Columbus. Born July 20, 1920 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Fred C. and Caroline Barleon Osborne. She was a 1938 graduate of Athens High School and a graduate of Ohio University. There will be no services observed.
