ATHENS – Marjorie P. Baugh, 75, of Athens, died Tuesday evening, September 2, 2014 at the home of her daughter. Born March 1, 1939 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Maude Powell Wagner. She was a retired civil servant from the US Army and was a member of The Plains United Methodist Church. She adored her entire family and especially loved being a mother and grandmother. She is survived by two children, Traci (Doug) Lawrence of Athens, Brett (Barbie) Baugh of Madison, Alabama; four grandchildren, Jessica and Abby Lawrence, and Brandy and Brooke Baugh; and a brother, Richard (Judy) Wagner of Somerset, Pennsylvania. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Baugh; and a sister, Patricia Worthington. Services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Harbarger officiating. Burial will be in Athens Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 5 PM.
