Judy Oxley

ATHENS – Judy Oxley, 73, of Nelsonville, formerly of Athens, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at her home. Born December 24, 1940 in Athens County, she was the daughter of the late Ward and Inez Congrove McClain. She is survived by three Children, Donna Bentley of The Plains, Becky (Larry) Howard of Athens, Robert Zopp of Indiana; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Leonard (Esther) McClain of Millfield; three sisters, Ann McLean of Nelsonville, Sylvia (Glenn) Randolph of Guysville, JoAnn Hart of Athens; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Craig Oxley; a daughter, Michelle Irwin; five brothers, Frank Starkey, Aaron, David, Chet, and Harvey McClain. A memorial service will be Friday at 3:00 PM at Evergreen Estates in the Community Room with Rev. Glenn Rutter officiating.
