Judy A. Boyer

ATHENS – Judy A. Boyer, 53, of Athens, died suddenly Thursday evening, October 24, 2013 at her home. Born May 11, 1960 in Cincinnati, she was the daughter of Colonel Marvin D. Boyer of Montgomery and the late Amy L. Fairchild Boyer. She was a 1978 graduate of Sycamore High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Ohio University in 1982. She enjoyed traveling and photography and loved animals, especially dogs. Besides her father, she is survived by her soul mate, Douglas A. Black; a sister, Nancy (Steve) Miller of Milford; a niece, Amanda Fairchild (Nick) Meyer; a nephew, Bradley John Miller; and all her dogs. Memorial services will be Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Pollock officiating.
