Donald Carsey Millfield - Donald M. Carsey 78, of Nelsonville, formerly of Millfield died Tuesday July 9, 2013 at Riverside Methodist hospital. Born August 9, 1934 in Crown, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Joseph Carsey and Ethel Cullison Carsey. He is survived by his children; Danny Carsey of Chauncey, Randy (Diana) Wycuff of Columbus, Georgie Fennell (Jim Young) of Chauncey, Jack Carsey of Nelsonville, June Sharpe of Millfield, Mac Carsey of Chillicothe, Misty Carsey (Kerry Whitmore) of Jacksonville; a daughter-in-law Pod Carsey of Millfield and a son-in-law, Bernie (Joyce) Sharpe. Nine grandchildren; Danny (Tina), Tommy (Sherrie), Rusty, Andrew (Jamie), Chrissy, B.J. (Jessica), Bubba (Jessica), Katelynn and Kaleb.Eleven great grandchildren; Tyler, Cody, Erica, Ashley, Elijah, Nevaeh, Grayson, Amy, Angel, Shirlene and Chassidy. A sister-in-law Bonnie Carsey. Special friends; Bobby Westerviller, Denver Shover, Missy, Warren, Rosie and her cats Blackie and Smokie, friends from the Dew House, Sharon Gould and family, Brenda Vandyke and family. Several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janice, a son Ray Carsey, a great granddaughter Kasey Sharpe, Seven brothers; Harold, Chester, Francis, Earl, Gerald, Pearl, and Kenneth. Two sisters; Marcia and Delores. Donald is being cremated but there will be no services. There will be a memorial announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers since there will be no service, Donations can be made to Hughes-Moquin funeral home for funeral expenses.
