Nancy Bond

GUYSVILLE - Nancy C. Bond, 74, of Guysville, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at her home. Born September 27, 1936 in Wood County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Hunter and Geraldine Farnsworth Barnhouse. Nancy retired from Arcadia Nursing Home after 25 years of service. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be forever loved and deeply missed. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Charles; children, Debra of Belpre, Greg (Sharon), Victor (Pam) of Guysville, Melissa (Donnie) of Coolville; eight grandchildren, Justin, Dusty, Adam, Susie, Brent, Darren, Codie, Corey; four great grandchildren, Brandon, Brady, Kathryn, Izabelle; brothers, Dick, Bill Barnhouse; sisters, Sarah Bond, Barbara Knopp and Donna Jean Veon. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Jim, John, Raymond, Ralph, Donald and Walter Barnhouse; and a great grandson, Evan Bond. Private graveside services will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Wyers Cemetery with Dave Cogar officiating. There will be no calling hours or funeral service observed.
