James Frank

ATHENS - James F. Frank, 83, of Athens, died Friday, August 20, 2010 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. Born August 11, 1927 in Upper Sandusky, he was the son of the late Harmon and Helen Lynn Frank. He was a 1946 graduate of West High School in Columbus and a US Army Veteran of WWII. He retired from Chesapeake and Ohio Railway and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Canal Winchester and Albany and a member of the American Legion in Baltimore, Maryland. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary; and several loving cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Ann Frank. Memorial services will be Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Wendell Combs officiating.
