Sam Rutter MILLFIELD - Eldon "Sam& Rutter, 68, of Millfield, died late Saturday evening, May 1, 2010 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital. Born August 14, 1941 in Millfield, he was the son of the late Carlos and Lizzie McCune Rutter. He is survived by his Brother, Jimmy (Verna) Rutter of Glouster; and his girlfriend, Ida Kasler.
