MILLFIELD - Clarence Jordan, 82, of Millfield, died Wednesday morning, April 21, 2010 at his home. Born Dec. 27, 1927 in Logan County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Nathan and Della McKinny Jordan. He was a retired employee of Ames Township. He is survived by three children, Clarence (Ruby) Jordan of Athens, Carol (Ronnie) Stover of Indiana, Mark (Marilyn) Jordan of Millfield; eight grandchildren, Amos Wallbrown, Christy Cuebas, Steve Wallbrown, Michael Jordan, Tracie Hines, Mark "Jay& Jordan, Jr., Mindy Jordan, Matt Jordan; eleven great grandchildren; five brothers, Joe (Bernita) Jordan of Albany, Denver (Sandy) Jordan of Shade, James (Jean) Jordan of Glouster, Charles Jordan, Ray Jordan; six sisters, Ruth Harris of The Plains, Jenny (Harold) McKibben of The Plains, C. Jean Sayers of Georgia, Marie (Paul) Elswick of Circleville, Nancy (Howard) Sharpe of The Plains, Barb (Joe) Phillips of Athens; and a special friend, Edith Bruce. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jordan; and a brother, Ronald Jordan. Services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Elswick officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 6 to 8 PM.
