Margaret Hamer

CHAUNCEY - Margaret Marie Hamer, 87, of Chauncey, died late Wednesday evening, March 17, 2010 at Russell Nursing Home. Born Dec. 1, 1922 in Chauncey, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Pauline Murray Jackson. She is survived by two sons, Steve (Janet) Hamer of Atco, NJ, Roger (Barb) Hamer of Chauncey; four grandchildren, Scott, Amanda, Ken, Laura; two great grandchildren, Morgan and Joshua. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hamer. Services will be Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Deanna White officiating. Burial will be in West Union Street Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 PM where Order of the Eastern Star 175 services will be at 7:30 PM.
