Dwayne Conner

CHAUNCEY - Dwayne E. Conner, 75, of Chauncey, died Friday, Oct. 23, 2009 at Regency Hospital in Columbus. Born Feb. 19, 1934 in Mineral, he was the son of the late Eldon Conner and Clarice Taylor Hunter. He was a former employee of Asplundh Tree Company and was a member of the Albany Baptist Church. He is survived by three children, Debra (Jack) Riley of Athens, Sandra (Jeff) Bridgeman of Athens, David (Pam) Conner of Athens; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, John Bolin of The Plains, William Bolin of Columbus. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Conner. Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00 AM at Hilltop Cemetery with Bert Christian officiating.
