ATHENS - Edith "Edie& J. Douglas Koeberle, 86, of Athens, died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital. Born May 9, 1923 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late George and Osee Cullums Douglas. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Sandoli; her second husband, Lee Koeberle; five brothers, Floyd, Leo, Fred, Cecil, Paul Douglas; three sisters, Vera Ruth, Grace Jeffers, and Louise Morris. Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with David Brothers officiating. Burial will be in Jeffers Cemetery.
