Lacey Mace

NEW MARSHFIELD - Lacey K. Mace, 94, of New Marshfield, died Friday morning, June 19, 2009 at Crestview Manor in Lancaster. Born Dec 19, 1914 in Millfield, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Florence Dunn Carter. She was retired from ATHENS -ental Health Center and was a member of Pythians Sisters Temple 591 of Jackson and the Rebekah Lodge and also ATHENS -hurch of Christ. She is survived by a son, Larry (Carol) Mace of New Marshfield; a daughter, Linda (David) McPherson of Carroll; three grandchildren, Shelley New, Denise Foose, Kelley Lockard; eight great grandchildren, Shane, Christopher Benson, Carissa McCarty, Melanie, Rachel, Seth Lockard, Blake, Brennen Foose; two great great grandchildren, Braden and Alea Lacey Benson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Mace; three siblings, John Carter, Alberta Staten, and Wanda Gnilakevich. Services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Chris MacNeal officiating. Burial will be in New Marshfield Cemetery.
