Frances Ramey

ATHENS - Frances Ramey, 57, of Athens, died early Friday morning, December 26, 2008 at her home. Born September 27, 1951 in Morristown, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Glenna DeHaven Rees. She was a graduate of Marshall University and a long time member of The First Christian Church. She also was involved in many civic activities. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Jack; a son , Matt; and a granddaughter, Alexandra. Memorial services will be Saturday, January 3, 2008 at The First Christian Church at 2:30 PM with Rev. Jeff Bartlett officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1:00 PM until time of the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Good Works, P.O.
