Elsie Doss

Albany - Elsie H. Doss, 99, of Albany, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008 at Four Winns Nursing Home in Jackson. Born Oct. 21, 1908 in Manhattan, NY, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Josephine Hacker. She is survived by two daughters, Kathryn (Fred) Simmons of Aiken, SC, Deborah (Charles) Fulks-Larimer of Albany; a step-son, Ramon (Joyce) Doss of Grand Prairie, TX; two step-daughters, Carol Bergman of Lakewood, NY, Joan (John) Risley of Gerry, NY; seven grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a sister, Rose Suelt of Long Island, NY. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George G. Doss. No services will be observed. Arrangements are by Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens, Ohio.
