Gladys Frazee

Chauncey - Gladys L. Frazee, 94, of Chauncey, died Tuesday evening, Jan. 8, 2008 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital. Born Mar. 6, 1913 in ATHENS county, she was the daughter of the late James and Bessie Dunfee Scott. She is survived by three daughters, Marcella (Bill) Matheny of Glouster, Estella Danielson of Nelsonville, Lucinda (Alfred) Carter of Shade; a son James (Patty) Frazee of Chauncey; 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; three sisters, Zora Hudnall of Athens, Lois (Bob) Mingus of Athens, Mary Rist of Albany; a brother, James Scott of Athens. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Frazee; a son Donny Frazee; a grandson, Tommy Frazee; four sisters, Audrey Scott, Girdie Donaldson, Goldie King, and Letha Heightland. Services will be Friday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Floyd Ross officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.
