ATHENS - David Edward Love, 60, of Romulus, Mich., formerly of Athens, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007 at his home. Born Feb. 10, 1947 in Wyandot, Mich., he was the son of the late Charles and Pauline Steinmetz Love. He was a current employee of Ford Motor Company and a proud US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his beloved son, Christopher; loving fiancé, Wanda Klomp; he was the dearest brother of Dawn (Lincoln) Ruhinen, Debora Love, Julie (Allen) Hilliker, and Jody (Lisa) Love; and sister-in-law, Catherine Love. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles E. Love Jr. Graveside services will be Friday at 1 PM at Clarks Chapel Cemetery where military services will be conducted by ATHENS -FW, Post 3477, ATHENS -merican Legion, Post 21, and the Albany VFW, Post 9893.
