Donald Lawrence

ATHENS - Donald Lawrence, 44, of Athens, died Monday, August 20, 2007 at Grant Medical Center from injuries received in a motorcycle accident. Born July 15, 1963 in Athens, he was the son of the late Donald Harry and Janet Darlene McLean Lawrence. He was a 1981 graduate of Federal Hocking High School and worked for the ATHENS -ity Schools for the past 25 years. He was a member of the All Riders Club, the Redmen Lodge and was an avid sportsman and devoted husband and father. &nbsp; He is survived by his wife, Cindy; four children, Les Calentine (26) of Trimble, Malinda Lawrence (21) of Athens, Keith Lawrence of (20) of Athens, Donald Theodore Lawrence (13) of Guysville; two grandchildren; three brothers, Larry (Judy) Douglas of Glouster, Bruce (Clara) Lawrence of Albany, Marvin (Lavonda) Lawrence of New Marshfield and his 15 year old Beagle, Fred who will join him later. Memorial services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Swart officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday two hours prior to the service. A gathering for friends and family will follow at The Plains VFW Bingo Hall, 12 Pine Street, The Plains.
