Hugh L. DeMoss

ATHENS -- Hugh L. DeMoss, 69, of Athens, died Friday evening, March 2, 2007 at his home. Born April 15, 1937 in Grafton, he was the son of the late Earl C. and Cora Alice Lindsey DeMoss.</font> He was a 1956 graduate of Grafton High School</st1:placetype> in Grafton and retired from CSX Transportation after 31 years of service. He was a life member of the Elks and a member of the ATHENS -edman Lodge and Hocking Valley Sportsman Club. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Maxine; three children, Shelly DeMoss, Kristi Jahren and Tim DeMoss all of Athens; three grandchildren, Max Jahren, Stephanie and Zach DeMoss; and a sister, Wilma Jean Drainer of Plantation, FL. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Genevieve Elfers, Earlrita Brestel, Mary Alice Kroner, and Nell Dora Bunner. </font> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Services will be Wednesday at 11: 00 am at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home.
