Keith Owen Scott

ATHENS - Keith Owen Scott, 92, of ATHENS died Sunday morning, March 11, 2007 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 8, 1914 in Albany, he was the son of the late George and Goldie Bailes Scott. He was a former McBeechr(39)s employee. He was on the board of Hocking Valley Credit Union, the LeAx Water District Board, the ATHENS county Democratic Central Committee, and a member of Clarkchr(39)s Chapel Church. He also enjoyed gardening. He is survived by three great nieces, Debbie Scott Arnold (Jeff) of Albany, Dalelene Scott Stafford (Dave) of Albany, and Denise Scott McCauley (Steve) of Bedford; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews on his late wifechr(39)s side; several great great nieces and nephews, and great great great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Lucille Scott in 2003; and two brothers, William Dale Scott and Max Scott. Services will be Thursday at 1 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Dean Blackburn officiating. Burial will be at Clarkchr(39)s Chapel Cemetery.
