Ruth Kozma

 ATHENS - Ruth E. Kozma, 78, of Athens, died Thursday morning, March 2, 2006 at her home.Born April 22, 1927 in Millfield, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Garnet Six Miller.She was formerly employed at McBeechr(39)s, Ohio University and managed a Laundromat for many years. She was a former girl scout leader and was a member of the Eastern Star, Beta Sigma Phi sorority and The Millfield Christian Church. She is survived by a son Ron Kozma of Painesville; two daughters, Sharon (Greg) Smith of Summerville, SC, Beverly (John) Adams of Lancaster; five grandchildren, Gregory and Michelle Smith of Charleston, SC, Douglas and Allison Adams of Lancaster, Julie Kozma (James) Brown of Aberbeen, NC; and her friend of 60 years, Jo Ann Burson.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Calmon.Services will be Sunday at 2 PM at the Millfield Christian Church with her son, R. Ronald Kozma officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery.
