 Harvey Lee Phillips THE PLAINS  -  Harvey Lee Phillips, 64, of The Plains, passed away Wednesday evening, December 21, 2005 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital.He was born October 27, 1941 in The Plains, and was the son of the late P. Oakey and Margaretta Phillips. Harvey spent his life on The Plains. He worked for Wayne Cochran and Bargain Billy.He is survived by three sisters, Pearl Swart, Rosie Crabtree, Zeta Clegg; three brothers, Oakey (Pat), Gilbert (Barb) and Richard (Lois) Phillips.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by four sisters, Sadie Judith, Margaretta Belle, Nancey Darnell and Mary Frost.Services will be Saturday at 11 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Gary Alton officiating.
