ATHENS - Larry J. Holley, 61, of Rhoric Road, ATHENS died Friday morning, November 25, 2005 at his home, following a long illness.He was born February 19, 1944 in New Plymouth, Ohio and was the son of Garland Holley of New Plymouth and the late Fern Stump Holley.Larry was a graduate of Zaleski High School. He attended Vore Ridge Church. He also was a U.S. Army Veteran and a former employee of Oggs Wholesale Company.Besides his father, he is survived by his wife of 41 years, Ella Brooks Holley; two sisters, Evelyn (Richard) Sheets of Millfield, and Angela (Jon) Nilson of Albany; two brothers, Rodney (Rebecca) Holley of Athens, and Jeffrey (Sharon) Holley of New Plymouth; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Holley of Athens; a brother-in-law, Jesse Brooks of Cleveland; and several loving nieces and nephews.Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Danny, Randy and James Garland Holley; and a sister, Judy Brooks.Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Radcliff officiating.
