Mike Brozak NEW ENGLAND - Mike Brozak, 78, of NEW ENGLAND died Friday, July 15, 2005 at his home.He was born September 13, 1926 in Cherry Valley, PA. and was the son of the late Andy and Mary Lesko Brozak.Mike served in the Army during WWII, and was stationed in the Philippines. He was a heavy equipment operator and a lifetime member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18, a former Rome Township Trustee and a lifetime member of the ATHENS -FW, Post 3477.He is survived by four sons, Michael, Dennis (Joyce), Donnie (Karen), and Greg (Janie); and a daughter, Brenda (Larry) McPherson; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Charlie (Sandy), John (Betty), and Rudy (Vickey); three sisters, Julie (Jack) LaFrinere, Helen (Charles) Chase, and Margaret; and many special nieces and nephews.Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Verdelle Stephenson Brozak on September 22, 2004; two brothers, Andy and Emory; and a sister, Mary Ann Poston. Services will be Tuesday at 11 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Middleton officiating. Burial will be at NEW ENGLAND -emetery where military services will be conducted by the ATHENS -merican Legion, Post 21 and the ATHENS -FW, Post 3477.Friends may call at the funeral home of Monday from 5 to 8 PM.
