Fredrick C. Sager

ATHENS -Fred C. Sager, 77 of ATHENS died Thursday morning, June 9, 2005 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born May 20, 1928 in Columbus to the late Edward and Hazel Lee Sager. He is survived by five children, John Calentine, Rita Jones, Debbie Sager, Edward Sager and Mike Sager; his fiance, Mary Baker; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one sister, Jeannie Price.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Becky Henderson and Beatrice Moss; and three brothers, James, Dean and Robert Sager. Services will be Sunday at 1 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Jeffries officiating. Burial will be in Bates Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 4 to 8 PM.
