Larry Rutter

ATHENS - Larry "Buck" Rutter, 64, of Athens, died Monday, February 7, 2005 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital. He was born August 26, 1940 in Millfield and was the son of the late Clyde Earl and Bessie Myrtle Glaze Rutter. He was retired from the City of ATHENS -s the Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Juanita; seven children, Mark Rutter of New Marshfield, Sheri Perry of New Marshfield, Cindy McFerren of The Plains, Dan Rutter of Athens, Andy Rutter of Athens, Barry Rutter of Florida, and Clyde Rutter of Athens; two stepdaughters, Alecia Moquin of ATHENS and Katrina Heineking of Tucson, AZ; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; four brothers, Bob Rutter of The Plains, Oris "Bud" Rutter of Sand Ridge, Earl "Shorty" Rutter of Sand Ridge, and Glenn "Fooz" Rutter of The Plains; three sisters, Janet Porter of Athens, Thelma Boyd of LaRue, and Donna "Pug" Allison of Sand Ridge. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by five brothers, Charles "Hop" Rutter, Duward "John" Rutter, Curtis Rutter, Ora Rutter, and Carlos "Sheb" Rutter; two sisters, Wanda "Sis" Kennedy and Judith Robinson. Services will be Friday at 1 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, ATHENS -ith Dave Cogar officiating. Burial will be in McDougal Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5 to 8 PM.
