ATHENS - John R. Cornell, 61, of Athens, died Saturday, December 11, 2004 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital.Born October 10, 1943 in Athens, he was the son of Alfred Cornell of ATHENS and the late Alice Moore Cornell.Besides his father he is survived by several aunts and uncles including a special aunt and uncle, Kenny and Karen Moore of Nelsonville and several nieces and nephews.Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Cornell.Graveside services will be Monday at 1:00 PM at New Marshfield Cemetery with Bill Ochr(39)Brien officiating.
