ATHENS - Florence A. Coon, 83, of Athens, died Monday morning, December 6, 2004 at Ochr(39)Bleness Memorial Hospital.Born June 7, 1921 in Athens, and was the daughter of the late Worthy and Sylvia Smith Dicken.She is survived by one daughter, Judy Driggs of Cleveland; one son, Larry (Wendy) Hysell of Nelsonville; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Coon; two sisters; and one brother.Services will be Thursday at 11 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens, with Reverend H. Willard Love officiating.
