ATHENS - Anna B. Coe, 88, of Athens, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2004, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, in Marietta. Born April 30, 1915, in ATHENS county, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Leona Cheadle Bolin.Anna was a member of the ATHENS -eventh Day Adventist Church.She is survived by two sons, Richard (June) Coe of Athens, and Foster Coe of Orlando; one daughter, Shirley (Ronald) Dean of Albany; one foster son, Charles Bullock of Athens; a sister-in-law, Pearl Bolin; a niece, Penny (Gary) Wisor; special friends, David and Gordon Bolin, and Garnet Gillespie; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and thirteen great great grandchildren.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Coe; one son, Owen Coe; three brothers, Lloyd, Jack and Homer Bolin; and two sisters, Paulene Brown, and June Tillman.Services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m., at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens, with David Bolin officiating. Burial will be at Canaanville Cemetery.Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
