class=MsoNormal>ATHENS - Pearl Crews, 90, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Monday, June 28, 2004, at the Hickory Creek Nursing Center in The Plains, Ohio. She was born May 7, 1914, in Tolar, Ky., daughter of the late William and Alta Mae Parsons Varney.She is survived by a son, Claude Crews; two sisters, Claudine Dillon and Mary Poffenbrager; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.She was preceded in death by her husband, Goffrey Crews; two sons, Goffrey Jr., and Robert; and one daughter, Ruth Frangowlakis. Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 1, 2004, at 1 PM, at the Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home in Athens.
