Marilyn Matters COLUMBUS Marilyn Gay Matters, 73, of  Columbus, died Thursday morning, April 7, 2005 at Kimes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Athens. Born Oct. 26, 1931 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Albert W. Sr. and Willa Mae Chapman Matters.She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Richard (Anne) Johnson of Tampa, FL and Mrs. Watson (Margaret) McCoy of Columbus and loving nieces and nephews.
