ATHENS Herbert Thomas Taylor Wiley, 39, of Athens, died Friday, January 23, 2004, in his home. Herbert was loved by all who knew him.Born October 12, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio he is the son of Yvonne Noice, of Columbus, and Kenneth (Judy) Taylor of Columbus.Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Joey and Justin; two brothers, Kenneth Taylor and Joshua Taylor; two sisters, Dawn (David) Draper, and Wendy (John) Tomer; former wife, Carol Wiley; and several nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held Saturday at noon, at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens.
