Edward Sherman

NEW MARSHFIELD - Edward Kendell Sherman, 81, of New Marshfield died Saturday, October 30, 2004 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. Born July 5, 1923 in New Marshfield, he was the son of the late Charles and Edith Liggett Sherman. He is survived by a son, Gary (Sondra) Sherman of Pickerington; two grandchildren, Heather (Denny) Ruby of Canal Winchester, and Zak (Jennifer) Sherman of Beaufort, North Carolina; one great grandson, Jacob Ruby; three sisters, Joyce Sherman, Lois Weiss and Doris Carpenter all of New Marshfield; and one brother, Paul Sherman of New Marshfield. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Brown Sherman; and two brothers, Wendell and Charles Sherman. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 2 PM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home, Athens. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
