Helen E. Jackson

THE PLAINS – Helen E. Jackson, 91, of The Plains, died late Saturday evening, November 17, 2012 at Holzer Assisted Living in Jackson. Born April 2, 1921 on Hamley Run, she was the daughter of the late David and Addie Pitts Young. She is survived by two children, Patricia (Sam) Skinner of The Plains, John D. Jackson of State Route 691, Nelsonville; seven grandchildren, Sheryl (Bill) Leuschel, Michael (Mary) Skinner, Lori (Bill) Squibb, Julie (Colin) Davie, Dan (Renee) Skinner, Jon I (Angie) Jackson, Denver Jackson; 15 great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John I Jackson; four siblings, Anne Young, Walter Young, Juanita Carr, and Donald Young. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at The Plains Cemetery.
